I wore the design engineer hat.

Working directly in the database and Claude, I pushed over 200 PRs to improve product UI. I unified and improved accessibility across 35 screens by conducting a WCAG audit and implementing token and component systems, ultimately reducing user friction by 51%.

I led the complete internal migration to AI-powered workflows across all frontend — a transition from Framer to Claude and Vercel on our marketing site.

Alongside it I implemented Claude skills and subagent / orchestration layers, so engineers could sustainably maintain our product without hard-coding each individual component ad hoc.

As the first designer on the team, I coordinated directly with the founders and contracted designers to lay the foundation for future designers — from creating internal templates to advocating for specific workflows that mesh with the team’s.
